These general terms govern all software engineering, AI integration, and consulting services provided by NexorSys to professional clients.
Services are billed according to the agreed quote. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are payable within 30 days. Late payments incur statutory penalties.
Ownership of the developed software and source code transfers to the client only upon full payment of the related invoices, subject to specific contract terms.
NexorSys is subject to an obligation of means. Liability for damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service causing the damage.
Both parties commit to keeping all non-public technical, commercial, and financial information confidential during and after the project.
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the registered office of NexorSys.
